• Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card.

Green & regular Season:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Payment methods: wire transfer, credit, or debit card. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be granted a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refundable. In case the guest cannot travel due to a force majeure circumstance, guests may reschedule the booking, subject to availability and approval by the resort.
Holiday Season: A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. A prepayment for the remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to expected arrival date. Payment methods: wire transfer, credit, or debit card. Cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will not be refundable.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 3:00 pm
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Rates: Include Pre-Arrival and On-Property Concierge Services.
• Flor de Caña welcome amenities.
• A la carte daily breakfast at Tres Ceibas Restaurant from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
• Welcome minibar with sodas and local beers.
• Daily Housekeeping and turndown service.
• Internet in residencesand common areas Internal transportation on a golf car.
• Access to Tres Ceibas BeachClub. Access to the gym from 6am to 9:00 pm.
• Tennis, pickleball, volleyball courts and equipments.
• Complimentary use of bicycles Guided nature hikes on request.
• Private butler,chef and barman service for Casona Don Carlos and Suite Doña Vivian.
• Additional Charges: May apply for services such as SPA, Golf, Surf, special activities and events.
5. Payment
• Methods: We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
